NoIdea is a two-sided marketplace for digital knowledge assets. Sellers can upload assets such as frameworks, playbooks, memos, postmortems, architecture docs, and reusable operating knowledge. Buyers can browse, search, purchase, and read those assets.
The product is built around three surfaces:
- A web app for browsing, buying, selling, onboarding, billing, and profile workflows.
- A Rust CLI for terminal and agent workflows.
- An HTTP API for programmatic access.
NoIdea uses semantic search so buyers can search by natural language, not just exact tags. It also includes wallet purchases, seller payouts through Stripe Connect, API keys, invite-gated seller access, and versioned legal policy enforcement.
